So hi, I haven't blogged since I was around 10 and my writing was horrible and I am going to start it up again. It's going to be more in depth and longer and not so childish. I will mostly be doing the same restaurant reviews though. Maybe even go back to some old reviews and updating them the more I go.
(like Buceo 95 the best Tapas restaurant of all time.) See you soon.

Sorry that I haven't been blogging so much, but I'l get back to it soon. Here's some things that I've missed:

Cafe Frida
Chef Chad's cafeteria
Stanton Social

Cafe Frida

is a wonderful restaurant with spectacular service. Their steak platter has a bunch of different steak and a mexican spicy sausage called chorizo. The other steaks are rib eye, filet, skirt steak and short ribs. Its supposed to be for two people but it always fills at least three to the brim.

The corn that I get there...oh the corn....for people who don't like mayonaise, wake up!I know what you're thinking...mayonaise on corn does not sound good. Well, thats too bad for you, because this one tastes delicious! It also has cheese on it and  little spices, some paprika. mmmmm

They make the guacamole to order. I don't really like it, but my parents love it. We also get maduros, which are ripe plaintains that taste like dessert.

Cafe du Soleil

Everyone in the place was French. I felt like I was in France. The the food was awesome but the wait took 15-20 minutes. I got the steak frites. It was amazing. The fries were crunchy and warm on the inside. There was an aroma of potato...and ketchup. There was a sauce with the steak. It was a pepper sauce.

We started with a mixed green salad. I didn't love it. Can you believe they didn't have any roast broccoli?

I would definitely go there again, and I notice that they serve brunch on the weekends.

Hello, my name is Jake. I go to restaurants, reviewing them and putting them on this blog. I love to eat, I'm very adventure with my food, and I love to cook. I'm ten years old, and i was inspired by a 12 year food critic in the NY Times.

My first restaurant I will be reviewing is ELIZABETH'S on Columbus and 93rd. Staff was very nice, they introduced themselves twice. They were perfect. They get a star and a half, out of five.Hello, my name is Jake. I go to restaurants, reviewing them and putting them on this blog. The food was very pleasant. I had the kid's menu, and I had the creamy macaroni. What i found really interesting about the kids menu was that it was a spiced down, less creative version of the real menu. The macaroni and cheese was crunchy on the top and it tickled my taste buds going down my throat. It was a treat!
As for my dessert, I had the ice cream sandwich with home made chocolate dipping sauce. It was spectacular in many ways. the chocolate sauce was warm and more chocolately than 10 Kit kat bars.
And that's what i had for dinner.
